1. Summary of Z120 Intelligent Regulating Electric Device:
Z120-24T: Multi-rotary valve electric device, output torque 1200N.m, torque-type interface, output speed 24r/min, maximum number of turns 240 cycles, the overall adjustment of electric device (input and output 4-20mA signal, can adjust the opening of the valve, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow size).
Z120-24T intelligent regulated electric actuator is a multi-turn valve electric device, referred to as Z-type electric iron, is the valve to open, close or regulate the control of the driving equipment. Z-type electric installation is suitable for gate valve, globe valve, diaphragm valve, plunger valve, throttle valve, water gate, etc. It can be used in open stem valves or dark stem valves. Z120-24T intelligent regulated electric actuator has the characteristics of full function, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance of world peace. 2. Working environment:
2.1 ambient temperature: - 20 ~ + 60 (- 40 ~ + 80 C) for special orders.
2.2 Relative humidity: <95% (at 25 ~C).
2.3 Protection Type: Outdoor type for places without flammable, explosive and corrosive media. Flameproof products include d I and D II BT4. D I is suitable for non-mining face in coal mine, D II BT4 is used in factory, and it is suitable for explosive gas mixture with class II A and class II B T1~T4 environment.
2.4 Protection Level: IP55 (Special Order IP65, IP67)

3. The structure of Z120 intelligent regulating electric device:
Z120-24T intelligent adjustable electric actuator consists of motor, deceleration mechanism, moment control mechanism, stroke control mechanism, opening indicator mechanism, hand-electric switching mechanism, handwheel and electrical parts. Its transmission principle is shown in the figure.
Note: Flameproof surface structure is added to the flameproof electrical part, and flameproof junction box and YDF flameproof valve motor are used. When installing, debugging and maintaining, the flameproof surface should not be damaged; the electrical cover should not be removed under explosive environment for live operation; the power supply must be cut off before opening the cover; the cover should be tightly fastened to ensure flameproof performance when reinstalling.
